Anniversary Chicken
Materials
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6 ounces each
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2 green onions sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides; transfer to a greased 13×9-in. baking dish.
- Brush teriyaki sauce over chicken. Top with ranch dressing, cheese, bacon bits and green onions. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165°, 15-17 minutes.
